Window Cleaning

We have 6 years of experience exclusively performing post-construction and commercial window washing. Whether you need storefronts cleaned once a week or new construction houses cleaned once a year, we're the right window cleaners for you. We have the right tool for every job, and guarantee we won't damage any windows with our scrapers.

Full Post-Construction Cleans

We subcontract with a team of maids to come in and clean the entire house to get it ready for showings (or all of the units and common areas in a new apartment building). We'll also perform pressure washing and window cleaning, and any other work that needs to be done to receive your Certificate of Occupancy. This frequently includes two cleanings built into the contract to "re-clean" after punchlist items are fully completed. All of your cleaning performed under one contract, just set it and forget it!

High-Rise

We clean any building up to 30 stories ourselves, but have partners who we bring in for anything taller than that. We use full OSHA approved safety tools and protocols, including a primary and secondary rope tied to separate anchors, full harnesses and state of the art climbing devices.

High-Access

We have experience with any type of work you need performed, including siding, caulking, painting, or masonry touch ups, venting adjustment or cleaning, and signage installation or removal. 

Heat-Applied Vinyl Signs

We use ladders or ropes to access the side of your building and apply vinyl signs with heat guns. This can be a permanent or temporary application, and comes off without any damage to the substrate. We partner with mutiple sign companies to help you get the best quote on the materials. Once applied, the vinyl signs appear to be painted on, and look fantastic on brick, stucco, hardie, concrete or any other substrate.

Window Film/Tinting/Frosting

We have experience installing window films for advertising purposes, and also tinting and frosting on commercial windows. Contact us for a quote!
